Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ugly Roses. We want you to be satisfied with your uglyroses.com purchases. We will gladly accept merchandise returns provided:

• Product is returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
• Product is in it's original packaging, unopened.

After your return has been accepted, Ugly Roses will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear.

Exchanges

Ugly Roses does not currently offer exchanges.

Shipping

For items being returned, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
